Green-X Piloted The Green Transformation Monitoring And Evaluation System In Khanh Hoa

Khanh Hoa, August 21, 2025 – The Smart Green Transformation Center (GREEN-X) conducted a productive working session with representatives from 10 departments and agencies of Khanh Hoa province at the Khanh Hoa Department of Finance to introduce and pilot the Green Transformation Monitoring and Evaluation System.
The system is a multi-platform digital tool, available on both web and mobile app, designed to support the management, monitoring, and evaluation of the province’s green transformation progress. Key features include:
- Tracking of indicator sets and project progress in real time;
- Automating reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative workload;
- Standardizing and integrating cross-sectoral data, ensuring transparency and consistency in management.
During the session, participants discussed the technology transfer plan, long-term operation roadmap, and the potential integration of the system into Khanh Hoa’s digital infrastructure in the near future.
This initiative represents an important milestone toward data-driven governance and modern, sustainable public administration, laying the groundwork for effective green transformation and sustainable development in the province.
