Tourism is vital to Vietnam’s economy but also a source of significant carbon emissions. This project will create a Carbon Footprint Monitoring and Management System that helps businesses, policymakers and tourists understand and manage environmental impacts. By combining AI technology, carbon accounting methods with business management tools, the system affords practical solutions for measuring and reducing emissions while supporting green growth in Vietnam’s tourism industry. The project will also develop a carbon footprint framework adapted to Vietnam’s tourism industry.
