Vietnam Innovation & Green Growth Index (VIGGI)

The VIGGI research program develops Vietnam’s first integrated data framework for tracking innovation and green growth, combining sector-based and province-based perspectives. By integrating an Innovation Index for Economic Sectors with the Vietnam Provincial Green Index (PGI), the program consolidates firm-level data and ecosystem indicators into a comprehensive, evidence-based database hosted by GREEN-X. VIGGI supports informed policymaking, cross-level coordination, and strategic decision-making, contributing directly to Vietnam’s Green Growth Strategy and Net-Zero 2050 goals.
